The container does not go under vacuum/ does not hold the vaccum.

Check these little things that can make a great difference:

• Be sure that the food inside the container is not too hot. Always wait until the food is at room temperature before putting it under vacuum.
• Check if the container is too full. Remember to leave enough space between the food and the lid.
• Try to press a little bit the lid on the container, sometimes it's simply not well positioned.
• Check if the silicon gasket, and the valve are clean, well positioned and not damaged. see the video to know how to correctly use the device
